Should you wish to initiate a return for subjective reasons (e.g., personal preference, change of mind, variation in natural ash glaze alignment), the following legal conditions shall apply:
1. Return Shipping Responsibility: The collector shall be solely responsible for arranging and paying for the
international return shipping services.
The return shipment must be dispatched via a premium carrier (such as DHL Express or FedEx Priority) with a fully traceable tracking number and appropriate transit insurance. YunCi Tea House shall not be held liable for any damage or loss incurred during the return transit.
2. Deduction of Original Fulfillment
Costs: While we do not impose a standard restocking fee on your account, please be advised that the original premium gallery shipping, custom shockproof packaging, and handling costs incurred by our gallery to deliver the piece to your destination are non-refundable. A fixed handling fee of S45 USD will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.
3. Condition of the Art Piece: Items must be returned in their original, pristine, and unused gallery condition, securely packed within our custom multi-layer shockproof boxes. Any item returned with signs of use, tea seasoning, or alternative packaging will be rejected for a refund and returned to the sender at their expense.
