Returns & Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If there are any issues with your porcelain teaware or accessories, please contact us promptly after receiving your order.

Return Eligibility: We only accept returns of unused porcelain teaware and accessories. Tea leaves are consumable goods and are non-refundable. Used or opened products are not eligible for refunds. Custom or personalized porcelain items cannot be returned.

Time Limit: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order, with a valid reason provided.

Return Process: Please contact us by email first to describe your situation. We will provide the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus:

  • Original order shipping fees
  • A 10% restocking fee

Shipping Damage, Wrong Item, or Missing Items: We use professional packaging to minimize shipping risks. If a product is damaged, broken, incorrectly shipped, or has missing items upon arrival, please contact us with photos/evidence within 10 days of receipt. We will handle each case at our discretion, which may include a partial refund, replacement, or reshipment depending on the situation.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
