Every order from Yun Ci Tea House is packed and shipped directly from Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, China — the thousand-year-old porcelain capital of the world. Each piece is carefully inspected and wrapped before leaving our hands.

How We Ship Internationally
After leaving Jingdezhen, your order is transported to the nearest major port and shipped internationally via one of two methods:

  • Air Freight — Faster delivery, typically 7–14 business days to most destinations. Recommended for smaller or time-sensitive orders.

  • Sea Freight — More economical for larger orders, typically 30–45 days. Ideal for bulk purchases or full tea sets.

    Once your package arrives in the destination country, it is handed off to a trusted local carrier:

    We take extra care with every porcelain piece. Each item is wrapped in bubble wrap, secured with foam padding, and placed in a double-walled export carton designed to withstand international transit.
